With the philosophy that every part may be her big chance, Ann makes a valiant effort to learn to roller-skate to get a part in a soft-drink (called Twinkie) commercial.

GOOD TO LOOK AT

don't know if anyone reads my blog... but if you do, check out helena kvarnström's MY RED SELF, http://myredself.org/index.htm

she is also linked on my sidebar of links. i fucking love her photos. i've found her site very inspiring of late. and best of all, her print i recently ordered just arrived in the mail.

anyway, now i am waiting for the better camera i just bought to arrive from ebay. i hope it is here before the pink cherry blossoms disappear from the tree outside my window. the red neon light from the chinese restaurant below reflects on the blossoms in the most captivating way.

watch out for my own site... coming this summer.

p.s. also props to r.tillett for her amazing pictures-- see sidebar link, and read her blog: http://rtillett.blogspot.com/
and thanks for her help on posting photos!

SECOND QUOTE OF THE DAY: "Dear Kitty, She is very proud of her feet and touches them often. When standing she feels the air under her arch and stubbornly believes she could have been a dancer. Love, Alex-Li Tandem" Zadie Smith, The Autograph Man.

RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME: i broke a world record in 1989.

If only to provide the slightest stroke upon your ego, I can attest to the fact that at least one person does read your blog, at least semi-regularly. I'd imagine the demographic group that I represent (i.e., the spurned, would-be Nerve lovers) also watch keenly for updates.
