With the philosophy that every part may be her big chance, Ann makes a valiant effort to learn to roller-skate to get a part in a soft-drink (called Twinkie) commercial.

Sounds like an interesting dance mix. I'll defer coming up with a list of my own, but I'd say your list would be improved with the addition of the following songs:

1.) Mylo-Destroy Rock 'n Roll (Tom Neville Remix)
2.) Deep Dish-Flashing for Money (Sultan Club Mash-up)
3.) Roman Flugel-Geht's Noch (Dominik Eulberg Remix)
    4.) Tiefschwarz-Issst
5.) Spektrum-Kinda New (Tiefschwarz Vocal Mix)
6.) Thomas Anderson-Washing Up (Tiga Remix)

I didn't know you were into electronica. NYC is a decidedly rap city, with the rich white kids listening to rock music. (Subliminal rhetorical question: When the hell is the ridiculous NYC alt/indie/emo/singer-songwriter/twee infatuation going to collapse under the weight of all the bad music being put out?) I've mentioned it before, but now knowing you're into electronica, I'll repeat that you should check out Mylo's LP if you haven't done so already. He's huge in Europe, but basically unknown over here.

I suppose one could almost accuse me of being insensitive what with the little known fact of yourself being locked in a trunk and me suggesting a road trip. Unless of course you are refering to a suitcase, but even that could be misconstrued.

Having said that I would like to add 'Locked In The Trunk Of A Car' by The Tragically Hip. Although, it doesn't really fit...
