8 minutes to amazing arms.

for anyone wanting an afternoon of hilarious entertainment, might i offer to you the pilates body circle kit. in just 8 to ten minutes, apparently one can have stronger, sexier arms, and increased co-ordination.

now imagine, it's as simple as simultaneously swinging the equivalent of 2 separate hula hoops, one on each arm. easily, one moves the arms up and down, at the same time as gently maintaining circular motions, the hoops swinging effortlessly. now, raise yourself up on the balls of your feet at the same time. perfect!

why did one of my circles fling out the window, while the other one hit the cat in the head? (i am deadly serious). why do i have bruises all up and down my arms from the metal rings clanging and crashing instead of gently circling?

the only thing that got any exercise from this kit was my cheek muscles, from laughing myself to death, alone, in my living room, at the sheer spectacle i was making. hee hee.

RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME: i like to wear pearly blue eyeshadow. i think it is ironic for some reason. and for some other reason, i equate that with attractive. also, another random fact: with no real proof, i think i am a good kisser. kind of.
